-Effective Date: December 22, 2020

Since “AO HENG FAT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. ” and “HENG FAT” is the SAME OWNER, and the two companies have been aligning their organizations to realize the benefits of the merger and deliver the best possible service to their customers. Now, as a combined entity, we have significantly greater scale to deliver a seamless service experience and favorable quality products all around the world, as we enter the next phase of integration with AO HENG FAT.
